Baby zebra begins with brown stripes.
I’m fascinated with this idea. When we transition from child to adult, we do change body shape and bear the inconveniences of changing hormones, but we don’t change colors. Perhaps that would be easier.
Think about the advantages. Our children couldn’t sneak into places with a fake ID because their stripes would give them away. It would be easy to know who to put at the kid’s table for family get togethers.
If we had stripes, what color would you suggest for a child’s stripes compared to an adult’s stripes?
